How much does it cost?

Our inflatables are competitively priced so that budgets of all sizes can afford to have entertainment at their event. Prices vary depending on the size of the unit and the category it belongs in. How long can I have it?

Our prices are “per event” not “per hour”. So you can keep the inflatable as long as you need it. We arrive ahead of time to set up and prepare for your party and return when it’s over to deflate and take down the rental. Please note: your rental is not a 24/hr rental. We will pick them up the same day they are delivered unless special arrangements have been made in advance. Evening parties and/or an all-night lock-in would need to be discussed with us in advance.

Where can I have one of your inflatables?

Most of our rentals are delivered right to your home.  All we require is access to an electrical outlet and enough flat space to inflate the unit.  All inflatables need to be on a dry, flat area where they can be secured and staked into the ground.   If you are in a wooded setting, clear low hanging branches, ground clutter like rocks, sticks, branches, gumballs, hickory nuts, etc. Please secure your pets and be sure that their “business” is cleared away prior to the inflatable’s delivery and set up.

Do you set up indoors?

Yes.  Many of our events are held indoors at gymnasiums or auditoriums. Always consider the ceiling height when determining what unit you are wanting to rent.  We have units that are short (8′ tall), medium (16′ tall) and large (22′ tall).  Not every unit fits in every indoor setting.

Do you set up on parking lots?

Yes.  We prefer to be on a softer surface to protect the unit and the kids as they enter and exit the inflatable.  However, we can set up on concrete or asphalt and ask that rocks or sharp objects be swept prior to our arrival for set up.

Are there age or weight limits?

Yes, each unit has the weight limit printed on the safety instruction panel.  While there are no age limits, one must always use common sense when playing. 2 and 3 year olds should not be bouncing together with 12 and 13 year olds.

What if it rains on the day of my event?

If there is inclement weather on the day of your event, we have policies in place regarding cancellation/rescheduling. If you cancel BEFORE we load and deliver your rentals, you may reschedule for no fee or penalty. If we deliver your rentals and set them up at your event – then they are paid for in full and there is no refund. We will contact you the day before or the morning of your event to discuss the weather situation. This goes for high wind as well as rain or storms. If Inflatable Fun cancels your delivery, you will be reimbursed your deposit.

Is there a delivery fee?

Yes – our delivery fee is determined by the distance from our warehouse to your event location. This is simply a fee to cover our fuel and mileage. There are some areas in Herrin and some surrounding communities that are close enough to have this fee waived. Always confirm if there is a fee to your location and how much it will be before you confirm your reservation.

Are you insured?

Yes, we are fully insured AND licensed to operate as an inflatable rental company in the state of Illinois.
